1 Almost empty Tomato jam jar
3 parts, il Fustino Leccino EVOO
1 part, il Fustino White Wine Vinegar
1 teaspoon, dijon mustard - optional
salt and pepper - to taste


  1. Combine all desired ingredients into your favorite almost empty jam jar.
  2. Shake until combined.
