Watermelon and Jicama Salsa with Pompelmo Balsamic


1 cup, watermelon
1 cup, jicama
2 avocados
1 tablespoon, lime juice
1 jalapeno
fresh cilantro
1/4 cup, il Fustino Pompelmo Balsamic
1 teaspoon, chili powder
salt and pepper - to taste


  1. Cut watermelon, jicama and avocados into small cubes and add to a mixing bowl.
  2. Mince one jalapeno and add to the mixing bowl.
  3. Add lime juice and il Fustino Pompelmo Balsamic.
  4. Mix in spices and a small handful of chopped cilantro.
  5. Let rest for one hour before serving with tortilla chips!
