Laura came up with this recipe one evening. We had it with brats. Easy to make and really good

Serves: 4

Spicy Coleslaw


1 head, cabbage - cored and shredded
3 carrots - peeled and shredded
1 cup, mayonnaise - use the best you can find
1/2 cup, il Fustino Head Ancho vinegar
2 tablespoons, Frank's Red Hot - to taste
salt and pepper - to taste
toasted sesame seeds - optional


  1. Combine all ingredients and toss throughly.
  2. Let rest for 30 minutes for flavors to combine.
  3. Optionally top with toasted sesame seeds
