This combination of watermelon and fets cheese is a Greek favorite in summer. It is eaten as a snack or light meal.

Serves: 4

Watermelon & Feta Salad


3/4 cup, cold watermelon - cubed
1/4 cup, feta cheese - crumbled or cubed
1/4 medium, red onion - cut in paper thin slices
il Fustino Aged Balsamic vinegar to taste


  1. Place the watermelon in a bowl.
  2. Top with most of the onions and feta cheese.
  3. Place remaining onions on top.
  4. Drizzle with il Fustino Aged Balsamic.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
