Goat Cheese Marinated in Herbes de Provence Olive Oil


INGREDIENTS

8 ounces, goat cheese
1/2 cup, il Fustino Herbes de Provence Olive Oil
1/2 cup, BobbySue's Nuts Over Olives

METHOD

  1. Cut goat cheese into 1 inch thick rounds.
  2. Pour the il Fustino Herbes de Provence Olive Oil over the goat cheese and let stand for an hour at room temperature.
  3. Before serving chop BobbySue's Nuts Over Olives and sprinkle over the marinated goat cheese.
  4. Serve with crostini and enjoy!
