This makes a great dressing for purslane or mache. Serve with paper-thin sliced radishes and a slice of Meyer lemon

Kaffir Lime Vinaigrette


INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup, il Fustino Arbequina EVOO
1/4 cup, il Fustino Kaffir Lime Vinegar
1/4 teaspoon, red chili flakes
1 teaspoon, oregano
1 teaspoon, chervil

METHOD

  1. Combine all ingredients and whisk together.
  2. Let rest for 30 minutes to allow dry ingredients to meld together.
