A versatile cabbage slaw with mayonnaise, kaffir lime vinegar, and cilantro makes a great side dish for all kinds of foods, from Asian to Mexican.

Serves: 7

Kaffir Lime-Cilantro Coleslaw


3/4 cup, mayonnaise
2 tablespoons, il Fustino Kaffir Lime Vinegar
2 teaspoons, chili garlic sauce
3 tablespoons, cilantro - finely chopped
4 green onions
4 cups, cabbage - shredded


  1. Whisk mayonnaise, kaffir lime vinegar and chili garlic sauce, in a large bowl. Mix cilantro and red onion into dressing. Stir cabbage into dressing mixture, about 1 cup at a time, until all cabbage is coated.

Chili garlic sauce is available in Asian markets and many full-service grociery stores in the Asian section.
