French 75 with Pompelmo Balsamic Vinegar


INGREDIENTS

1 ounce, il Fustino Pompelmo Balsamic
1 ounce, gin
1 ounce, lemon juice - freshly squeezed
2 ounces, dry sparkling wine
ice

METHOD

  1. To a shaker full of ice add the il Fustino Pompelmo Balsamic, gin and lemon juice.
  2. Pour into your glass of choice (we recommend a champagne-style glass).
  3. Fill to the top with the dry sparkling wine.
  4. Serve with a lemon peel.
  5. Enjoy!
