Caprese Skewers
Makes Caprese salad into a finger food
Serves: 5
Ingredients
- 20 cherry tomatoes

halved
- 1 fresh buffalo mozzarella

cut in 1/2" cubes to make 40 cubes
- 1 bunch,
fresh basil leaves

torn in half
- sea salt
- fresh ground black pepper
- il Fustino Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- il Fustino 25 year old Balsamic Vinegar

Method

Using a skewer, put 1/2 tomato, cut side up, followed by a piece of mozzarella, basil, second piece of mozzarella and finish with another tomato half. Season skewers with salt, pepper, oil and vinegar.
