INGREDIENTSFor Batter 1 1/2 cups,

baking powder 1 teaspoon,
baking soda 1/2 teaspoon,
salt 2 eggs 3/4 cup,
sugar 1 teaspoon,
vanilla 1/2 cup,
il Fustino Blood Orange Olive Oil 1/2 cup,
buttermilk For Frosting 3 cups,
powdered sugar 1/2 cup,
salted butter

rose water 3 tablespoons,
buttermilk 4 drops,
food coloring

METHOD

Preheat oven to 325 degrees Farenheit

Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl, set aside.

In another bowl whisk eggs and sugar, until combined.

Mix vanilla, il Fustino Blood Orange Olive Oil and buttermilk into the egg/sugar mixture.

Slowly pour mixture into the dry ingredients.

Once combined pour into a lined cupcake pan.

Bake for 20-25 minutes.

While cupcakes are cooling, mix the rose frosting.

With a hand mixer combine half of the powdered sugar with 1 tablespoon of the buttermilk. Once evenly mixed slowly add in the rest of the powdered sugar and buttermilk.

Put frosting into a piping bag and frost cupcakes!
