Basil Pesto with Roasted Walnut Oil


4 cups, basil leaves - trimmed
1/3 cup, il Fustino Garlic Olive Oil
1/4 cup, walnuts - roughly chopped
1/4 cup, Parmesan cheese - grated
1 tablespoon, il Fustino Roasted Walnut Oil
salt and pepper - to taste


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve over pasta, vegetables or fish!
